I started a few months ago. Was on it for 2 months. Noticed a huge difference. Didn't think of breathing or being short of breath . Then the scale went up a few pounds and stopped it for a month or so....

Side Effects: Horrible nightmares, I fear sleeping...when I wake up during the nightmares they all seem still so real. Too scary, maybe difficulty breathing is safer??? They do help my breathing.
