Chest Discomfort

Dries up all the crud in my head nose lungs and makes it easier to breath and gets rid of some of the tightness in my chest . I have to drink a lot of water to keep hydrated though.

I started a few months ago. Was on it for 2 months. Noticed a huge difference. Didn't think of breathing or being short of breath . Then the scale went up a few pounds and stopped it for a month or so....
