I use it to stop wheezing/asthma attacks. I also take it right before exercising or any vigorous activity to prevent them. Works very well, but makes me jittery as a side effect.

When my seasonal Asthma kicks in I have my Albuterol handy for a few puffs. I typically avoid using it more then three times a week since it gives me heart palpitations and I get anxiety .
