Constipation

This helped me sleep through the night but I had other side effects I could not tolerate. Sore feet, fatigue, constipation .

his little white pill gave me the most terrible side effects. stomach pain/gas, chest cramp and wheezing lungs.

Works pretty well, with 8mg per day. Minimal side effects, such as some dizziness when I started, and some swelling of feet and ankles.
