“Due to a sudden increase in blood pressure, I was prescribed Aprovel 150mg in 1997. This was increased to 300mg at the end of 2016 becasue of an unstable blood pressure and adverse reactions to other products. During all the time of taking Irbesartan, I experienced steady weight gain, cyclical depression (which is now constant and severe), short term memory loss which again is now worse than before. After being an insomniac I now keep wanting to sleep and pass urine constantly day and night. I am now aged 69 and have been on this drug for 20 years!”
